• Hpw do I purchase jewellery from LaSua?

It is easy to shop in www.lasua.com. You can click the Jewellery, Collection, or Gift link to look for LaSua’s products. Once you have pick an item out, click the “ADD TO SHOPPING BAG” button, and you may keep looking for other jewellery on the e-shop. You can review chosen items by clicking the “SHOPPING BAG” icon on the upper right corner. To check-out, please click the “CHECK OUT” button and follow the steps to complete the payment.

 

•  Do I need a LaSua account to shop?

Yes. You can click the “MEMBERSHIP” icon to access the membership menu, click the “REGISTER” botton and fill in your personal information. With a LaSua account, you can login and shop anytime.

 

• Can I cancel an order?

Customers can cancel orders from LaSua. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service representative within 24 hours after your purchase.

 

• Does LaSua provide engraving service?

Yes, LaSua provides free engraving service for rings. Defaulted position of engraving is inner ring. If there is not enough space for engraving, our customer service representative will contact you.

• How can I get my Jewellery repaired?

If your item bought from LaSua needs to be repaired, please contact our customer service representative. We will ask you for information and assist you to send back the item.

• What payment methods do you accept?

You can choose the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, UnionPay, and Alipay.

• What currencies do I pay in?

LaSua offers payment in Renminbi (CNY). The amount you eventually pay in your currency depends on the exchange rate of your card issuer. Please note that your card issuer may charge additional fees or exchange commission.

• Can I return or exchange an item I have purchased from LaSua?

If you are not satisfied of the quality of jewellery and wish to return or exchange an item. Please refer to the “Return and Exchange Terms”, and contact our customer service representative.

 

•  Is there a time-limit for returning or exchanging goods?

If the item is unused and eligible for the terms, you can return or exchange it within 7 working days after receiving it.

 

• How long does a refund process take?

Your refund - excluding initial shipping costs and tax and duties — will be credited to the account used to make the purchase. Your refunds may take up to 2 weeks depending on the individual card issuer's refund processing time.

• What should I do if my item arrived damaged?

If your item arrived damaged, please refer to the “Return and Exchange Terms” and contact our customer service representative. Please keep a copy of your order and photos of item’s damage, in order to expedite the process.

• Will I be charged for delivery?

LaSua provides free shipping for order within China. Please check the included location in “Delivery” page. For the rest of the world, delivery charges depend on different countries. You may also find the information in “Delivery” page.

• When will my order be delivered?

Your order will be sent to you between 7-14 working days after purchase. 1 extra working day will be needed if you wish to have engraving service.

• Do other websites and online stores sell LaSua’s products?

At this moment, we only sell our products on LaSua official page and official Taobao store. Please do not shop from unauthorized sellers, in order to avoid imitation.

• Can I buy LaSua gift box separately?

We provide full set of LaSua box for your purchase. However, you may not buy the gift box separately at this moment.

• How should I care for my jewellery?

If you find your diamonds or gems shineless, or the precious metal dirty, it might be caused by dirt, sweat or oil. You can send back your jewellery bought from LaSua to us for maintenance. Our professional team will check your jewellery, rinse or renovate. Please ask our customer service representative for information. If you wish to clean your jewellery by yourself, please refer to the product handbook given in LaSua gift box suit.

• Will you notice me the progress of refund?

Yes. Our customer service representative will contact you within 3 days after your item is delivered to LaSua.
