1. Placement of Order
After selecting the goods and products from our site, you may proceed to check-out and place your order.
At any stage before payment, you may remove any items from your order or add to your order you so wish.
At the check-out section, LaSua Group Limited will collect your personal information (including but not limited to name, address, contact information, etc.), payment information including mode of payment and credit card information.
2. Acceptance of Order
Order will be placed once your personal information and payment details are entered and submitted to our system. LaSua Group Limited will shortly confirm with you by sending you an email to acknowledge the receipt of your order ("Acknowledgement Email"). The Acknowledgement Email serves to confirm the receipt of your order and it does not serve as an acceptance of your order.
Our acceptance of your order does not take place until dispatch of the order, at which point the contract for the purchase of goods will be made and you will be charged. LaSua Group Limited will notify you the acceptance of order by another email ("Order Confirmation Email").
The Order Confirmation Email shall list out all the items that can be provided to you.
Those items you ordered that are not dispatched to you finally for whatever reasons shall not form part of the contract between you and LaSua Group Limited.
Title of products will pass on delivery of the products to you, provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products.
All contracts are concluded in Hong Kong SAR, regardless your locations when you placed your order.
LaSua Group Limited will take all necessary measures to keep the details of your order and payment secure.
3. Refusal of Order
LaSua Group Limited has absolute discretion to refuse to accept orders for whatever reasons. This right is hereby expressly reserved.
For example, LaSua Group Limited may refuse acceptance of orders for the following reasons:
- The product ordered being unavailable from stock;
- The product ordered was unable to be shipped because of the shipping restrictions imposed by the couriers ;
- Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment;
- The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion;
- If LaSua Group Limited suspects any fraudulent activity.
Should LaSua Group Limited identify any problem with your order, LaSua Group Limited will contact you as soon as possible. If LaSua Group Limited are unable to dispatch to you the items you placed, LaSua Group Limited shall not charge you for the undelivered items.
4. Availability of Goods
Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before LaSua Group Limited accept the order LaSua Group Limited shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.
5. Use of Courier
The shipping costs for every order you placed shall be borne by you.
The delivery of the products shall be governed by the terms and conditions of such a courier that
LaSua Group Limited recommended, which will be available for perusal upon request.
LaSua Group Limited shall appoint such a courier to handle all the aspects of the delivery on your
LaSua Group Limited will not be responsible for any act or failure to act on the part of such a
LaSua Group Limited disclaim any liability whatsoever and you assume all risks and liabilities associated with its use.
Terms and policies of the courier shall apply to every order you placed and LaSua Group Limited shall not be responsible for any breach of the courier's terms and policies by you.
However, other delivery services or courier for the delivery of every order you placed could be demanded on request. Should you prefer other delivery services or couriers, you may contact us or make your own arrangement. The delivery time may take longer if you choose your own courier. Shipment fees are denominated in USD for International delivery and RMB for PRC delivery.
All international orders are transacted in USD.
6. Resale is Prohibited
All reselling of products from our site is strictly prohibited. LaSua Group Limited has sole discretion to refuse any orders which we suspect is for commercial resale.
LaSua Group Limited may from time to time amend the price of any products without any prior notice before a contract between a seller and a buyer is entered.
If your credit card is not denominated in the currencies that we specified in this Purchasing Policy, you shall bear the handling charges and any other fees that your issuing bank may charge you. The final price charged in your currency will be calculated by your issuing bank according to their applicable exchange. The applicable exchange rate shall be determined by your issuing bank. Please contact your issuing bank in relation to the applicable exchange rate to be used in processing the transactions with our site.
This Purchasing Policy and your purchase of products from LaSua Group Limited through our site shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong and Courts of Hong Kong will have exclusive jurisdiction with respect to any dispute arising under or in relation to them. LaSua Group Limited nevertheless retains the right to commence necessary actions against customers for breach of these conditions in the local jurisdictions of yours.
9. Payment Terms
LaSua Group Limited currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, Alipay and Apple Pay. By submitting your order, you confirm, represent and warrant that you are authorised to use such designated credit card or such third party transaction platforms to process the payment of your order. You also confirm, represent and warrant that we are so authorised to charge your order (including taxes, delivery and handling) with the specified payment method. If the payment cannot be verified, invalid or otherwise not acceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled automatically.
If your card issuer or the third party transaction platform refuses to authorize payment to LaSua Group Limited, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of order.
LaSua Group Limited commits to meeting the stringent international security standards in processing your orders so as to make your shopping experience safe and secure.

10. Customs and Duties
Product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties.
Customs and duties, if any, shall be borne by the recipient in order to release the order from customs on arrival.
The application for licence or registration of the purchased products in the recipient's own country shall be the obligations of the recipient.
LaSua Group Limited have no control over the customs charge and/ or import regulation implemented by the government of the recipient's country. In the event that the extra duties or costs
applied to such order because of the regulations of recipient's country, LaSua Group Limited will not pay, nor be held responsible, for such costs or arrange for application of such import license.
If the package is rejected by the customs of your home country or otherwise and returned to LaSua Group Limited, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and any additional charges as handling fees.
The products are sold `as is, where is, and with all faults', in consequence of which (and for the avoidance of doubt) LaSua Group Limited gives no further undertaking of any nature whatsoever with respect to the products, and all such further undertakings are unconditionally and without exception disclaimed and excluded. This does not affect LaSua Group Limited's liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence, nor for fraudulent misrepresentation, misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
LaSua Group Limited does not warrant that the colors of the images of its merchandize displayed will be accurately displayed by your monitor. Images provided on our site are for reference only.
12. Termination of Contracts
In a case where a breach of this Purchasing Policy is committed by you, LaSua Group Limited may, at LaSua Group Limited's sole discretion and election, recover the difference between the market value of the goods sold at the time of the default and the contract price, in substitution for the default price.
13. Force Majeure Clause
Save for your obligation of payment, neither party shall be liable for any default due to any act of God, war, civil disturbance, malicious damage, strike, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, extreme weather conditions, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation, direction or other circumstance beyond the reasonable control of either party ('Force Majeure Event').
Each party shall give notice forthwith to the other upon becoming aware of a Force Majeure Event, the notice to specify details of the circumstances giving rise to the Force Majeure Event.
14. Refund & Exchange Policy
If the item(s) delivered to you is defective, you should notify us via email and let us know the following:-
1) The Order Number & the Item Number of the item(s) to be returned; &
2) The reason(s) for the return and the product conditions.
This should be done within 7 days after receiving the parcel.
If LaSua Group Limited accepts the reasons of return, we shall process your request and assign you with an authorization code for returns as soon as possible. Please note that we may not be able to process your return if you have not received prior authorisation with us.
Together with every item(s) that you purchased and we sent you, a Return Note will be attached in the package. In order to process a return, you should state clearly in this Return Note with the
Authorisation Code that was provided by LaSua Group Limited; and
These defective item(s) must be returned to us in unused condition and secured packaging together with the completed Return Note. The return shall be made with our designated courier, such as Fedex or UPS. We shall contact you and inform you of the authorization code for return, the courier to be used, etc.
Once LaSua Group Limited received from you the defective item(s), LaSua Group Limited shall examine and test the defective item(s) immediately.
If the defect on the item(s) matched your descriptions, we shall ship you a replacement for the defective item(s) as soon as possible. The replacement generally takes 7-14 days to process. If we are unable to locate the defect on the item(s) as described by you, LaSua Group Limited shall ship the original item back to you. In the event that the item(s) are confirmed not to be defective by our team, we shall hold you liable for all the shipping fees and handling charges incurred. You will be given a replacement of the defective item(s). Alternatively, you can also exchange the defective item(s) with any other item(s) of the same value. You may also exchange the defective item(s) with another item(s) of higher value by paying the difference.
Compensation for the shipping costs will be credited and will ONLY be offered if the package is returned by FedEx, UPS or our designated courier.
No compensation for shipping costs will be provided for methods of shipment other than those we recommended to you.
LaSua Group Limited is not responsible for lost returns.
If refund is confirmed, we will deduct the initial shipping costs, tax and custom duties. All the expenses incurred by you shall be credited to your designated bank account within 2 weeks of purchase. The process of refund is subject to the policies of following:
1) Payment platforms, i.e. Paypal and/or other credit cards service providers;
2) The handling banks.
15. Product Repair & Maintenance Policy
Within 1 year from the date of purchase of your items with us, we will offer a one-time rinsing or re-polishing service to the items free of charge. LaSua shall charge you for these services for a fee thereafter.
LaSua is not responsible for any damage or loss done to your items when you shipped them to us for rinsing and re-polishing.
If your items are damaged or deformed and you wish to have they repaired, you can contact our customer service representatives for further information. We may ask for further information from you to confirm the conditions of the items. Any shipping charge incurred for the repair and maintenance shall be borne by you and repair charge may apply.
